Code of Conduct
Commas is a food hall within Ellsworth Place, which is committed to providing an enjoyable environment for our guests. This Code of Conduct is a set of general guidelines for behavior; they are not intended to apply to each and every possible act within the mall. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate manner in which all visitors are to behave. All organized activities require review and approval by management/ownership.
Ellsworth Place/Commas is open for the purpose of shopping, dining and entertainment. Appropriate shopping and dining behavior is required at all times.
Fighting, “horseplay,” harassment, offensive language, shouting, loud noise, loitering, littering, solicitation or any other disturbance which disrupts or endangers any patron, guest, merchant or employee at the shopping center is not permitted under any circumstance.
Running, skating or skateboarding is not permitted on shopping center property.
Damaging any surface or portion of the shopping center or food hall is strictly prohibited.
Only service animals, trained to assist persons with disabilities, are permitted within the property.
The carrying of any weapon, other than by an authorized law enforcement or security officer, is not permitted.
Alcoholic beverages and their consumption are permitted in licensed areas only. Appearance of or being in an intoxicated condition is prohibited.
No smoking or vaping, including electronic cigarettes.
Improper attire or clothing with profanity or offensive graphics/words that disrupt a family-oriented environment (shirts and shoes must be worn) is prohibited.
The center is a privately owned property of GBT Realty Corp. Guests who do not act responsibly will be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
